This is my second time staying at the Hampton inn Watertown;I liked it from the first time I stayed . The hotel have great staff ;Emily was so pleasant at check in & her beautiful smile and great customer service made me feel so welcome. The facility is very clean and my bed was supper comfortable. Also when I was checking out Liz was great ; she made sure I had a awesome stay & her customer service was excellent. I will choose this hotel always every time I visit Watertown!

The 2 women at Reception were very friendly and helpful. The maintenance man is the elevator guy as also very friendly. When we came down for breakfast we were greeted by the man working there. (That made for a good morning!) When we checked out, the receptionist had gone to the bathroom, so the breakfast guy took care of us. Teamwork! The parking lot was very well lit. The halls were very quiet- no doors slamming! 👏👏👏

Everything! I always love staying at Hampton Inn properties. This location did not disappoint. We walked in and the housekeeper was wiping down walls. I was so impressed by this, and assured the room would be as clean. And it was! The beds we’re comfortable and linens smelled of fresh laundry. Love the Neutrogena products in the bathroom as well. Front desk staff was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Everything was wonderful! The bed was so comfortable and the room was larger then others we have been in. The breakfast was very good too. Cara at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. I left my jacket in the closet of our room and didn't realize until the afternoon after we left. I called and she right away found it for us and we were able to pick it up before we left town.

Breakfast was good. Not fabulous as apparently it used to be before Covid, but adequate. Had an issue in our bathroom which was very satisfactorily resolved by the manager. Parking was generally quite easy and the hotel was centrally located. Comfortable beds and nice size room. No issue with the thermostat. Would likely return if the price was right and would recommend.
